### Custom & One-of-One Jewelry
All custom and one-of-one jewelry pieces are **final sale**.

These items are handmade specifically for each order, so once production begins, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

### Apparel & Made-to-Order Items
Our apparel is made-to-order. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
- Sizing issues
- Preference changes
- Color differences caused by screen settings

Please check size charts before ordering to make sure you get the right fit.

### If Something’s Not Right
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, no stress β€” we’ve got you.

Just reach out within **7 days of delivery** with a few photos and we’ll replace it.

Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify.

### Shipping Notes
- Original shipping costs aren’t refundable
- We’re not responsible for carrier delays once an order ships
- Make sure your shipping address is correct β€” we can’t replace orders lost due to incorrect info
